Chicken and Mushroom Pizza
















Chicken and Mushroom Pizza

1 prebaked thin or regular pizza crust, such as Boboli
1 cups cooked chicken (1 to 1 1/2)
4 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons pesto sauce, purchased or home-made
1/2 cup alfredo sauce, purchased or home-made
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook the mushrooms in a little bit of oil for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Spread the pesto sauce over the pizza crust. Top with the chicken and the mushrooms. Drizzle the alfredo sauce over the chicken and mushrooms. Top with the cheese.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
