Roasted Asparagus















Roasted Asparagus

1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay asparagus on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender and just beginning to brown.

Serves 4
