Tollhouse Pie





















Tollhouse Pie

2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugars and salt until well blended. Stir in butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans, and pour into pie shell. Bake one hour. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
