Salmon Patties
















Salmon Patties

1 7 1/2 ounce can red salmon, drained, skin and larger bones removed if desired
1 small shallot, minced , about a tablespoon
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbssalt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients until well combined. Form into 2 small patties. Heat about 1/2 tablespoon oil in a small to medium frying pan over medium to medium high heat. Cook patties 3 to 5 minutes a side until firm and golden brown.
