Buttermilk Pancakes
















Buttermilk Pancakes

1 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy). Bake on a hot griddle.
Makes about eight 4-inch pancakes.
