Braised Pork Chops

















Braised Pork Chops

4 3/4" pork chops
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon oil
water

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat or an electric skillet to 360 degrees. Add the oil then brown the chops well. Sprinkle with the chicken bouillon granules, and add water to the top edges of but do not cover the chops. Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low (simmer on an electric skillet). Simmer for one hour, until the pan juices reduce to about 2 to 3 tablespoons. Serve with the pan "sauce".
