Sausage Cups






















Sausage Cups

2 cups sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
6 dozen frozen phyllo pastry shells

Mix all ingredients except pastry shells. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Spoon into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Option: Use pepper Jack cheese in place of the plain Monterey Jack....gives it a little more zing.
