Black Bean Salsa






























Black Bean Salsa

1 can (16 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 jalapeno chile pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon lime zest, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and chill well. Serve with corn chips. Good if done a day ahead of time, to allow all flavors to blend.
