Chinese Cole Slaw























Chinese Cole Slaw

2 packages angel slaw
8 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup oil
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
3 ounces chow mein noodles

Mix cabbage and onions; refrigerate.
Mix together ingredients for dressing: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Chill.
Just before serving slaw....toss with dressing, almonds, sesame seeds, and noodles.
