Pecan Pie















Pecan Pie

3 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons bourbon, optional
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces, toasted
1 pie crust, unbaked

Stir sugar into the eggs until dissolved. Add syrups, butter, vanilla, bourbon, salt and pecans. Pour into crust; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
